Booking terms
Simple and fair.
- BookingWrite to us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. We confirm your date, pickup time and price in writing.
- PaymentNo deposit and no payment in advance. You pay on the day: cash (EUR, USD, GBP or Egyptian pounds), card or bank transfer.
- CancellationFree up to 24 hours before your trip. Please let us know as early as you can.
- WeatherIf a sea trip is cancelled because of wind or sea conditions, you get back any money you paid.
- PickupPlease be in your hotel lobby at the agreed time. Your driver waits for 10 minutes. If you are running late, message us on WhatsApp.
- PricesPrices are per car or per person, as shown on each trip. Tips are up to you.
- ChildrenTell us your children’s ages when you book, and we bring the right child seats.
